Sylvester

Sylvester was an abused cat before he came to live with us. He had a lot wrong and he had some behavioral issues but he was a good cat. Unconditional love was what he was all about and he got a bad deal in this life. I lost my patience with him at times but that was more about his potty habits and he really had nothing that he could do about that. I hope he knows that even though I got upset at times and frustrated, it doesn't mean that I loved him any less. I have been crying on and off all day after finding him when I woke up this morning. He was in the hallway and I wonder if he was heading back to find us before he left. He was a good boy and he deserved much, much better than he got. At least before his end, he was here with us where he was loved and this was his home. They say that God will restore everything he created and that includes our pets. I hope that is how it is going to be so I can see him again and hold him and pet him. I miss him terribly. Keep looking over at the chair where he laid and expect to see him there but he isn't there. I think I hear his distinct meow now and again but he isn't here.
