- What if my pet dies in the evening, on weekends or during a holiday?
It's a good idea to contact your veterinary establishment. If it's closed, their answering machine will probably refer you to an emergency veterinary center open 24hrs. Some emergency centers are partnered with us. If not, you have the right to choose Incimal for your deceased pet's end-of-life services. If you opt for our services, inform the veterinarian of your choice and leave us a message by telephone or e-mail with your details, and a member of our team will contact you on his return to open your file and take charge of your deceased pet.
If you keep your pet at home, just know that the most important thing is to keep it cool or refrigerated. For example: in winter, you can store your pet outside in a sealed container. In other seasons, you can add ice packs or use a cooler. These temporary solutions will help you keep the situation under control for as long as it takes to dispose of your deceased pet.
- I want to communicate with you outside of business hours, what should I do?
If you have a question or information to send us outside of our business hours, please leave us a message on our voicemail or email. Kindly send us your name, telephone, the name of your animal and the reason for your call. A representative will call you back when they return to the office.
- How much does the service cost?
Incimal's services are available at partner veterinary establishments. The service offered at the veterinary facility includes transportation of the deceased pet to our funeral center and return of the cinerary urn and/or memorial products (if applicable) to the same location.Service prices are established by each veterinary establishment.
