- What if my pet dies in the evening, on weekends or during a holiday?
It is advisable to contact your veterinary establishment. If it is closed, their answering machine will likely refer you to an emergency center open 24 hours a day.
In any case, just know that the main thing is to keep your pet cool or refrigerated. Example: in winter you can place your animal in a sealed container outside. The other seasons you can add ice packs, "ice packs" or use a cooler. These temporary solutions will help you keep the situation under control for the time required before the final disposition of your deceased animal.
- I want to communicate with you outside of business hours, what should I do?
If you have a question or information to send us outside of our business hours, please leave us a message on our voicemail or email us directly below. Kindly send us your name, telephone, the name of your animal and the reason for your call. A representative will call you back when they return to the office.
